1. What is MOHE graduate Tracer Study (Job Status Update)?
MOHE Graduates Tracer Study is a survey conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education among graduates of higher learning institutions in conjunction with their convocation ceremonies for the purpose of knowing their job status and also for getting their feedback on various aspects of their institutions.
2. What is the objective of the survey?
The objective of the survey is to get information on how graduates of various disciplines develop their career over a long period of time. This information is not only important to your institution and MOHE for planning national human capital development but also to students of higher learning institutions.
3. Who is eligible to participate in this survey?
This survey is open to all Higher Education Institution graduates who have attended convocation from year 2006 onwards and their academic records are available in MOHE’s database. For graduates who have attended their convocation in current year, they can update their job status ONE day after they have completed Sistem Kajian Pengesanan Graduan (SKPG I) and Sistem Kajian Pengesanan Graduan TVET (SKPG-TVET) questionnaire.
4. How to participate in this survey?
Enter your IC/passport number, then insert security code. Your job status as available in the Ministry record will be displayed for your reference.
5. How long does it take to complete this survey?
The estimated time required to complete the questionnaires is less than 5 minutes.
6. How many time can I update my record?
Basically, there is no limit. However, you are encouraged to update your record whenever you change your job.
7. What should I do if the system display: "Sorry, no matching records found".
Please recheck your IC or passport number. The IC/Passport number should be the same as the one in your institution record and fulfilling format (eg. IC no.: 880808144444). For further information, please email at skpgaduan@mohe.gov.my
8. Will my response be anonymous?
Yes, all responses will be anonymous. Your responses will be summarized in the finding of research report.
